Artist Banksy Stuck His Work In The Museum : 5 Amazing Art Facts

In 2003, Banksy stuck his work to the wall in the Tate Modern Museum but its inadequate glue later undid the painting. Still, for a few hours, his art was hung in one of the worlds’ famous museums. The painting depicted a peaceful, pastoral scene covered with blue and white police tape. This act of hanging’ his work inspired Andrzej Sobiepan, a Polish art student, to a similar foot in 2005, where he successfully passed off his work for three consecutive days as part of the National Museum’s collection.
